Miku felt the sense of butterflies in her stomach . Which was normal, since she wasn’t used to being a klutz with people around. Once she had noticed his offering hand, she slowly took it, pulling herself off and tried to act casual about it. “Yes, yes.. I’ll be fine.” Miku tried to dust the imaginary dust off her but because the she wasn’t on as tight as it used to be, it began to unravel. It fell to the floor with a soft sound, but it was in-between them. She hadn’t noticed right away either, the slight change of temperature didn’t seem to bother her at all either. It took seconds for things to click in her mind. “Kyaa!” her eyes were really wide, and so deep of a blush that a tomato couldn’t ever be as red. She tried to cover her chest up with her arms, and be quick about it. “Th-thank you Len-kun!” she snatched her clothing away from him and rushed to the bathroom. Once she had closed the door behind her and locked it, Miku sighed but wasn’t in a calm state. It seemed like there wasn’t enough air while she panted from the adrenaline rush. Slowly, the girl checked under the cupboard for an extra pair of panties. Yet.. There was none. She banged her head against the wall, feeling ridiculous. Her hands were shaking uncontrollably as she slipped on the shorts and threw the tank-top on too. Miku had a feeling like she could totally hide in there forever, but decided that her blond friend would wonder after a certain time. She peeked out the door, which was barely open to see if Len was there. Nothing, thank goodness. I can’t face him right away. The hallway was dark, and she didn’t bother to turn on any lights. She tried to be stealthy by not making the floor creak, and not being seen in the darkness. Her plan was working, as she was quiet enough not to make a sound. She scanned her surroundings, making sure everything was still. But as her head was turned, she felt herself hit something and fell along with it. She didn’t get to see what it is until she opened her eyes after the fall. Those deep blue eyes were staring back at her, “L-Len-kun!” Oh my, my heart is pounding again! “Oh, I.. I’m sorry!” Miku felt her face burn up again, but it simmered down quickly. She remained on top of the boy as she didn’t notice the awkward position right away.

He fell off of his feet, sitting on the kitchen floor with his eyes closed very shut. He dared not to open his eyes, not until he heard her scream, followed by rushed footsteps into what he assumed was the bathroom. Len couldn’t do it. He couldn’t not see what he had just experienced. The pictures in his head wouldn’t fade away just yet. It was as if they burned into his memories permanently. He held onto his ears, realizing how much they burned uncontrollably in embarrassment. Len did not expect that of Miku.  He wasn’t even aware that she was capable of such clumsy actions. Len moved on forward down the hall across all the rooms. He assumed that Miku would be good to go by now, since she had all her clothes and things. He aimlessly walked through the dark, only to be suddenly whacked from the front by another person’s figure and he instantly fell, back flattened against the floor. He stared up at his captor to find Miku again, pinned against him on the floor. “Ah…it’s okay…Miku-nee…” he mumbled, caressing his head a little from the fall. Again the pictures in his head flashed as a memory and impulsively he closed his eyes away from hers as his face began to burn stubbornly with sheepish embarrassment. What a predicament he had placed himself in once again. How could he avoid it, he wondered? Len didn’t want a clear shot at the scene before him. “Ah…Miku-nee…you can…you can get off of me now…you know…” he murmured shyly, turning his head away to one side.

Her eyes widened upon noticing the situation, “Gomen!” She squealed, “Gomen nasai, gomen nasai, gomen nasai!!” Miku couldn’t believe what had just happened. She awkwardly kept her arms wrapped around her body, watching him get up. She bowed many times, “I um… I didn’t think you were there!!” The girl was rambling on now, one of her nervous habits. “… I should.. get.. going.” Her hands covered her cheeks, which were starting to tingle from the blush. As she rushed past him, she tried to clear things from her mind. Miku. A pause.. had he just called out her name? Of course not.. but it was his voice. You can be my princess. “Th-that’s..” Miku mumbled to herself, “That’s not true! He never said that to me.. But.. Then why..?” Being the tsundere that she was, Miku huffed. She turned back to face him, her bangs framed her fae, adding light shadows across her eyes in the dim light. “Thank you.. For everything today, Len-kun…” However, things were still left unsaid.
